Dental SEO

SEO built around the treatments that pay for the practice.

Ranking for “dentist” is a vanity exercise. We build visibility for implant consults, aligner cases, emergency appointments and cosmetic enquiries — the searches attached to real production.

Why dental is different

Dental search is not generic local SEO.

Four things make it its own discipline. An agency that treats a dental practice like a plumber will get you ranked for the wrong things.

01

Treatment value varies wildly

A hygiene appointment and a full-arch case are not worth the same. Keyword strategy has to be weighted by production value, not search volume.

02

YMYL scrutiny is real

Health content is held to a higher standard. Clinical accuracy, author credentials and trust signals are ranking factors here in a way they are not in retail.

03

The map pack decides

For most patient searches the local three-pack takes the click before organic results are read. Profile work is not optional garnish.

04

Research runs long

Implant and aligner patients research for weeks. Whoever answers the early questions is in the room when the decision is made.

The search-to-patient path

Everything we do sits somewhere on this line.

Search visibility only matters because of what sits at the end of it. When we report, we report against this chain rather than against keyword counts.

1
Search visibility

Appearing for the queries that carry treatment intent.

2
Qualified traffic

Visitors in your catchment, looking for what you actually do.

3
Enquiries

Calls and form submissions from pages built to convert.

4
Appointments

Enquiries your front desk can convert into a booked chair.

5
Patient growth

New patients and returning treatment demand, compounding.

Dental SEO FAQs

Straight answers.

If something is not covered here, ask on the call. We would rather talk you out of an engagement than sell you one that will not work.

How much of the work happens on our website?+

Most of it. Treatment pages, location pages, internal linking and technical fixes all live on your site, which is exactly why they keep working after an engagement ends. Off-site work is limited to your Google Business Profile, citations and genuine authority signals.

Do we need a new website first?+

Usually not. Most practice sites can be fixed rather than replaced, and we would rather spend your budget on visibility than on a rebuild. If the platform genuinely cannot rank we will tell you in the review, with reasons.

Who writes the clinical content?+

We draft it, you sign it off. Health content carries real scrutiny, so nothing goes live describing your clinical practice without a clinician confirming it is accurate. Budget roughly an hour a month for that.

What does it cost?+

Scoped per practice, based on how many locations and treatments you are competing for and how much ground there is to make up. We do not publish a flat rate because the same number would be wrong for a single-site family practice and a five-location group. The review comes first, then a proposal with fixed deliverables.

Can we cancel?+

Any time, with thirty days notice. We recommend planning for six months because that is when compounding becomes visible, but it is advice rather than a contract term.
